Terms & Conditions
Short version: joining the waitlist is free and creates no payment obligation. Founding pricing is honoured as written below. We promise no ranking or AI-citation guarantees, ever — we sell measurement and tooling, not outcomes.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern the waitlist at quotefox.tech. The Quotefox product is not launched yet; when it is, a full customer agreement will apply at signup, and these terms will be updated with the effective date.
2. Joining the waitlist
- Joining costs nothing. No card, no payment, no obligation — ever, for the waitlist itself.
- One waitlist entry per email address. Duplicate entries for the same email are ignored.
- We may remove entries that are spam, disposable addresses, or submitted by automation.
3. Founding batch pricing — in writing
This is the deal, stated plainly:
- The first 250 confirmed waitlist members (by join order recorded in our database) are Founding Members.
- Founding Members may subscribe at $49/month, locked for life — for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. The price will not increase for Founding Members.
- After the founding batch of 250 is filled, standard pricing is $79/month at launch.
- Joining the waitlist does not automatically create a subscription or charge anything. Founding pricing applies only when you choose to subscribe at launch.
- If a subscription is cancelled and later restarted, standard pricing at that time applies — the founding lock is tied to continuous subscription.
4. No guarantees — read this twice
Quotefox measures and supports your AI search visibility. We do not guarantee, and no employee or marketing material should be read to promise:
- Any specific AI Visibility Score or score improvement;
- That ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, or any engine will cite or recommend your brand;
- Any ranking, traffic, revenue, or business outcome.
AI answers vary between users, sessions, and dates. Quotefox tracks representative samples and reports them honestly — including when the news is bad. Illustrative examples on this site are labelled as such and are not case studies.
5. Community engagement — our hard rule
Quotefox will never auto-post to Reddit, Quora, or any third-party platform on your behalf. Where we draft community replies, they include a disclosure tag, and a human on your team reviews and posts them. You are responsible for complying with each platform's rules when you post.
6. Acceptable use
Don't: submit others' emails without consent, scrape the waitlist endpoint, attempt to manipulate the founding-batch order, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may refuse or remove access for abuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Quotefox name, site, and product are our property. Content you create through the product (drafts, pages) is yours — we claim no ownership over it.
8. Availability & changes
The waitlist page is provided "as is". Pre-launch software changes: features, tiers, and dates may shift before general launch. We'll communicate material changes to the waitlist by email. If we ever discontinue the project, we'll notify the list and delete stored data (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotefox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability related to the waitlist is limited to the amount you paid us for it — which is zero, since the waitlist is free.
